• Counselling & Coaching For Women and Couples at a Relationship Crossroads

Clarity and support when a relationship reaches a turning point.

When Something in Your Relationship Shifts and You’re Unsure What It Means

Relationships change.

Sometimes the change is gradual, through distance and disconnection. Other times, it seems sudden, through betrayal, transition, or a moment of realisation that something must be faced.

When facing these relationship crossroads, what’s needed isn’t quick advice but space to understand what is happening and what it would mean to move forward with honesty, responsibility and care.

I specialise in working with women and couples at these turning points, creating space to understand what is happening, what may need to change, and what a more conscious way forward could look like.

When a relationship reaches a crossroads, it needs different support. I work with individuals and couples at these pivotal moments, offering time-limited decision-making work or longer-term therapeutic support, depending on what is appropriate.

Relationships at a Turning Point

Relationships can bring us to moments where the ways we have always related no longer work.
Sometimes the work is learning how to reconnect.
Sometimes it is understanding whether repair is possible.
Sometimes it is recognising that something in yourself or your relationship needs to change before you can know what comes next.
My approach combines relational therapy, depth psychology and thoughtful exploration of the patterns that shape how we love, connect and make choices.

Meet Sandra

I am a UKCP- and BACP-registered psychotherapeutic counsellor and couples therapist, with over 15 years’ therapeutic experience and more than a decade specialising in couples work. I support women and couples through the changes and uncertainty that shape their relationships.

My work brings curiosity and depth to the patterns beneath relationship difficulties — helping individuals and couples understand not only what is happening between them, but what may be shaping it beneath the surface.

Alongside my couples work, I specialise in supporting women who are questioning their relationships and wanting to understand themselves more deeply before deciding what comes next.
