About Me
For the past 15 years, I’ve worked as a psychotherapeutic counsellor and relationship coach, helping women and couples in crisis who are standing at a crossroads in their marriage and are unsure of the next step.
My Passion for Relationships
Relationships shape who we are, and I understand their significance in your life. They are deeply important to me, too.
I am the child of parents from the Windrush Generation, men and women who left behind loved ones to seek a better life, carrying with them the profound emotions of loss, separation, and resilience. Many navigated an unfamiliar and, at times, unwelcoming world, all while striving to build stable families.
When our emotional cup is overflowing with past experiences, it can leave little room for self-expression, connection, and joy.
The Complexity of Relationships
I’ve seen relationships that endured for a lifetime, and I’ve witnessed their fragility. I know, both personally and professionally, the vulnerability that comes with love, commitment, and uncertainty.
Relationships are inherently complex because human beings are complex. We carry with us generations of stories—transgenerational and intergenerational narratives that shape how we love, how we trust, and how we show up in relationships.
This uniqueness is what sets you and your partner apart. True intimacy ‘Into Me See’ comes from honouring your own story, bearing witness to your partner’s, and recognising how your narratives intertwine.
The Power of Curiosity and Intimacy
You don’t need to spend years analysing your childhood, but curiosity about yourself and how you relate is key to building deeper intimacy. Through counselling or coaching, I offer tools to reignite those conversations and restore connection.
My Approach
My work is both compassionate and challenging. I balance honesty and directness with care, helping you reflect more deeply so you can grow and shape your life in a way that feels right.
At the heart of my work is the belief that relationships are a gift, one that holds the potential for healing, transformation, and growth.
You don’t have to navigate this alone.

Changing Lives, One Couple at a Time
Relationships are sacred. They shape who we are, how we love, and the legacy we leave behind. When a relationship struggles, it can feel as though the very foundation of your life is shaking. But healing, growth, and clarity are always possible.
My work is about helping couples and individuals find their way forward with integrity, courage, and compassion so they can make choices that align with their deepest values.
A conscious, wholehearted relationship is a gift, not just for you but for future generations. We create ripples that extend far beyond ourselves when we heal our relationships.
