Get my FREE guide The 7 Feelings You Have When You’re In Narcissistic Relationship + be on my list and be the first to receive my latest news, blogs & workshops for health, wellbeing and healing from narcissistic abuse.

Narcissistic abuse is very subtle.

Narcissistic abuse doesn’t recognise your gender, age, intellect, sexuality, race or income.

What it does recognise are your hurt and wounds.

You might not recognise it.  What you might experience is a lack of self-confidence, anxiety, depression, guilt, anger, confusion, loneliness, hurt, people pleasing or low self-esteem.

To heal from the narcissistic abuse, you must recognise it and learn to become aware of what is going on in your life both on the conscious as well as unconscious level. Then you can begin the journey of living a fulfilling, exciting, joyful life.

You’re not alone.  You can heal.

I’m here to support you in your journey.

A LITTLE ABOUT ME

Sandra Harewood Counsellor providing counselling for couples and individuals in South East London

Welcome.  I’m Sandra Harewood.

I’m a registered counsellor deeply committed to supporting the well-being of individuals and couples in South East London and beyond.  From my therapy room in West Norwood, I work with clients to help them make sense of their relationships and why they often feel so complicated.

Many people are repeatedly drawn to relationships which leave them feeling worn out, anxious, unhappy, empty, worried and powerless.  I support my clients to heal from the impact of such relationships and to rediscover their self-confidence, self-esteem and develop a more profound sense of self-awareness so that they can make different choices.

I specialise in working with adult children of narcissistic parents and the emotional, soul and physical recovery for those who are or have been in love relationships with narcissists.

It’s an honour and a privilege to do this work. You, as my client, come first.  I work with you to help you feel a new sense of aliveness, joy, fulfilment, wholeness and empowerment. You develop a new awareness, and the tools you require to navigate your unique journey and to craft the life you envision for yourself.

I look forward to being of support to you.
