When you fall in love, after time you may have found it difficult to hold on to that loving feeling.  If you are trapped in a cycle of hurt, hopelessness and despair it can be hard to picture your life and relationship differently. Maybe you’re feeling confused, scared, or so full of resentment and anger that it seems impossible to turn things around.  There is a different way.

Welcome.  I’m Sandra Harewood.

I’m a registered counsellor deeply committed to supporting the well-being of individuals and couples in South East London and beyond.  From my therapy room in West Norwood, I work with clients to help them make sense of their relationships and why they often feel so complicated.

Many people are repeatedly drawn to relationships which leave them feeling worn out, anxious, unhappy, empty, worried and powerless.  I support my clients to heal from the impact of such relationships and to rediscover their self-confidence, self-esteem and develop a more profound sense of self-awareness so that they can make different choices.

It’s an honour and a privilege to do this work.  You, as my client, come first.  I work with you to help you feel a new sense of aliveness, joy,  fulfilment, wholeness and empowerment.  You develop awareness, and the tools you require to navigate your unique special journey and to craft the life you envision for yourself.
