IS THIS YOU?

Something doesn’t feel right.

In the first place, you’re uneasy and unfulfilled. Coupled with that, you feel depressed or anxious, but you can’t quite figure out why. What others don’t realise is that although outwardly your life may look great, inside you don’t feel that way.

Although you’re a strong, intelligent, capable woman and you get on with it, you feel as if you don’t have the right to say anything. Other people are having a worse time, and you ‘should’ be grateful.  Maybe you’ve tried social media groups and found that posting, reading and replying to other people’s stories helps.  Or you might read self-help books, some of which are extremely powerful.  In contrast, perhaps you’re drinking more alcohol, binge eating or excessively exercising.

Being resilient and soldiering on may have helped you in the past, but the root of the problem and the painful symptoms remain.

WELCOME, I’M SANDRA HAREWOOD A SOUL CENTRED COUNSELLOR WORKING WITH WOMEN TO RECOVER FROM TRAUMA & EMOTIONAL ABUSE

Sandra Harewood Counsellor providing counselling for couples and individuals in South East London

I’m a registered counsellor deeply committed to supporting the well-being of women in London and beyond. From my therapy room in West Norwood, I work with you to help you make sense of your symptoms.

Relationships are important.  Unhealthy relationships leave you feeling worn out, anxious, unhappy, empty, worried and powerless.  I support my clients to understand the tune of the relationship and the dance they are dancing.  The counselling for women I offer helps you heal from the impact of emotionally abusive relationships and rediscover your true essence and soul.  Then a new sense of self-confidence, self-esteem and self-awareness emerges, opening up new possibilities.

As you develop a new awareness and the tools, you require to navigate your unique journey, you can craft the life you envision for yourself.

It’s an honour and a privilege to do this work. I look forward to being of support to you.
