Online Booking & Cancellation Policy
This policy applies to sessions booked online. If you are working with me under an ongoing coaching or counselling agreement, your cancellation terms will be set out in your individual contract.
1. Booking & Payment
All sessions must be booked in advance. Payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your appointment.
Sessions are offered as dedicated, reserved time and are not held without payment.
2. Your Right to Cancel (UK Consumer Law)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have a 14-day cooling-off period when purchasing services online.
However, by booking a session, you:
- Request that the service begin within this 14-day period
- Acknowledge that once the session has taken place, it is non-refundable
3. Cancellation & Rescheduling
To ensure clarity and fairness for all clients, the following policy applies:
- More than 48 hours’ notice: You may reschedule or request a full refund
- Less than 48 hours’ notice: Sessions are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled
All cancellations or changes must be made using your booking confirmation link or via email.
4. Missed Sessions
If you do not attend your session without prior notice, the session will be treated as completed and will be non-refundable.
5. Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session will still end at the scheduled time.
6. Exceptional Circumstances
In rare and exceptional situations, I may use discretion around rescheduling.
This is offered on a case-by-case basis and is not guaranteed.
7. Coach/Counsellor Cancellations
If I need to reschedule your session for any reason, you will be offered:
- An alternative appointment time, or
- A full refund
8. Agreement to These Terms
By booking a session, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Booking & Cancellation Policy.
This policy is designed to create clarity, mutual respect, and a safe container for our work together.
